Tax Justice Network is registered as a limited company with the UK’s Companies House. It exists to promote research into and education on the ways in which tax and related regulation and legislation can be used to promote development, encourage citizenship and relieve poverty within the context of local, national and international economies and societies. Global Alliance for Tax Justice
The Global Alliance for Tax Justice is a coalition of 81 NGOs in 37 countries and every region of the world. It was established in Lima in March 2013, to take responsibility for the global campaign and advocacy activities of our sister organisation, the Tax Justice Network.. The GATJ is legally constituted as a Belgian registered association international sans but lucratif. Membership of this association is open to organisations which participate directly in achieving the network's goals and to individuals who are active in the network.
